Q How are the workouts structured and shown?  

The workouts are shown using gifs (moving images). They allow for easy engagement and consumption so the movment is quick to learn. Sometimes it's easier to explain movements with images instead of words.

You'll also receive an 8 week workout schedule which will provide your entire workout calendar at a "birds eye view". 

Q Do I need any equipment?  

Nada. Just an exercise mat or towel. Just bring your heart and a water bottle. 

Q Are there meal plans?  

We don't believe in too much structure. We believe in educating and giving options. Remember you're trying to create a lifestyle not a dependency on diet plans.
